Luiz is uselss at defendng so he'd fit right in at Arsenal. He's like a clone of Mustafi, chasing the ball and diving in without being aware of anything else happening around him.
If he's under £10m then it's not bad as a short term option though.
On the flip side he’s probably better at dealing with the press and may even distribute the ball better than Xhaka...
