Those wins were like pre season friendlies though.

Come to the important stuff, as expected, Djokovic comes up short.

These 2 are the best players around and arguably 2 of the best ever.

True but then Djokovic also won the Australian which is a major.

I agree those two are arguably the best ever (there's a few others like Sampras etc who might have a case too though) but Nadal hasn't been at his best, Federer played well in the semi though, hasn't performed since the set point in the 1st though.

Ever since he missed that his game has been littered with errors.

Losing to Nadal here is no disgrace. The guy is the best clay player ever

Better from Federer.

His serve and backhand (two things which were really good in the semi) have really been missing this match.

Federer has always had problems with his backhand. Against lesser players, he can get away with it misfiring, but against Nadal, you need everything to be 100% and then wish Nadal has an off day.

No unforced errors so far in this set from Nadal :lol:. No chance for anyone with those stats.

Nadal holds, the screen did have it as Adv. Fed for a second. :doh:
