As desperate as people have been to see them fail (me included) I always thought they would finish in the top 4 and it was always optimistic for them to finish outside of that.....in spite of the ropey defence they have.

As bad as they've been, they've also conceded only 4 fewer goals than Chelsea having played a game more, and 2 goals LESS than us.
