We never made a bid for this guy, nothing was ever in place and all the stories you saw were total BS, it just suited the club to have this BS going to make it look like we were actually interested in a player like him.

Another rumour that suits the club perfectly, he knows it's BS but won't deny it because the longer people think we're actually interested in Suarez the less pressure there is on him to talk about who we're going to sign.

It's happening all over again, just like every summer, can't believe he's survived yet another year if I'm honest. He's untouchable.

Clubs beginning to see our players for what they are really worth rather than the overinflated prices we use to see banded about, they've finally cottoned on the the fact these players achieve nothing with us and generally don't do much once they leave.
