Better that Bayern top the group. I'd rather not meet them next round
Bayern Munich 2-3 Man City, FT. Bayern took the night off after 2-0, still at least they top the group.
Just wondering, with the Galatasaray/Juve game, when they replay it, will it start from 32mins where they left off ?
Meaningless victory for City.:coffee:
Plzen 2-1 CSKA Moscow.
Olympiakos 3-1 Anderlecht, Dominguez.
Bayer Leverkusen and Olympiakos qualified today, both as runners-up.
Let's see what happens on Saturday shall we. Man City have a new manager and sometimes it takes a bit of time for things to settle down, he's a good manager though and will probably get it right.
Man U have a new manager too, but he had a shocking summer in the transfer market and has a pretty average team bar a couple players. I don't rate him that highly either, Martinez is doing a better job in 6 months at Everton than he did in 10 years.
Vieira v Keane on ITV 4 in 15 mins
Important to finish top tomorrow, would fancy us against any of the sides who have/are likely to finish 2nd in their group as it stands.
i know all teams lose. however you can't really argue one team is better then other here. city have lost to sunderland, cardiff, villa, chelsea away, and drawn with southampton and stoke away. thats not the mark of a great team at all
united on the other hand, have lost one more game then city have. for a team thats great and a team thats rubbish that seems a bit close. united have actually got a better away record then city have. with 2 losses compared to city's four.

Midday weekday football.
Anderlecht had three players sent off. :haha:
Ronaldo had a pelanty saved.
What a miss from Bale! :haha:
Looks like Bayern got a bit complacent again when they thought the group was won!
Similar conditions in Istanbul today and apparently right up until the weekend.
They'll never finish it.
Play it out on FIFA.
Sky's programme on SS2 starts now, not that I know how long it will be on for.
Galatasaray: Muslera, Chedjou, Kaya, Zan, Eboue, Felipe Melo, Inan, Riera, Sneijder, Burak Yilmaz, Drogba.
Subs: Ceylan, Gulselam, Nounkeu, Bulut, Bruma, Kurtulus, Colak.
Juventus: Buffon, Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio, Asamoah, Llorente, Tevez.
Subs: Storari, Caceres, Ogbonna, Giovinco, Padoin, Quagliarella, Isla.
The pitch is atrocious. :haha:
Now it's teeming it down, snow again.
Looks like there is a quarry behind Eboue.

And it's worse than that now. :haha:
Eboue gets the ball won off him cleanly by the pitch.
