So no one wanted him then, after that heart felt leaving interview.

We're still apparently interested in wunderkids like Campbell and Lukaku, who're unproven youngsters who have had little experience of top level competition. Sure, Campbell is a Costa Rican international but I doubt he's played many matches for them, and even so he's never played in Europe so we don't know whether he'll make the step up. Same with Lukaku.
Wenger has become such a dogmatic fool that he'll continue signing and cultivating young players, trying to build a team for the future.
According to the Sun story we have tabled a 14 mil bid already, thats a first. . . .! Wenger beating the others to the gun
Thought his transfer plan, especially if the player is any good is to
1) wait for Utd to make a bid
2) to bid 5mil lower
3) lose out on the signature
4) hold a press conference stating he tried but alas wasnt to be. . .but the current squad is good enough and we dont need him anyway. . . .wait till January
could this be that the Wenger worm has finally turned?
would start a poll, but got a feeling already what the result would be!
does anyone remember denilson starring in the carling cup semi 2nd leg against tottenham? he was something special for the future........ BUT NO!
Was that the one we got beat 5-1?
