I like GP's approach to encouraging self-moderation.
Kid looks like he enjoys football and plays for the hell of it. Perhaps he should stay where he is and not come to our league at all. I like the look of him though, he looks a natural rather than manufactured player. Throw Chamakh on top of the $1.5 so we win twice.
