The club asked UEFA if wenger could communicate with his assisstant during the game, before the game started, they said it was ok.

Then after half time they changed their minds.

Thats why i said If he knows the rules, i not accusing him of doing wrong.

Couldn't care less about this, doesn't seem like a big deal.
