I like Balague's analysis, he's a bit of a transfer muppet but so far as football itself goes, he's worth listening to.
With Barca shitting out youngsters that can net 20/30 goals a season, you can see them dominating for years to come. Right now no team is close to them. I don't really know my footballing history but I'd be interested to know when there was ever a gap as great as this between the best team (Barca) and the rest (Man Utd, Real Madrid or whoever).
Yeah I can't think of a relatively recent example either. Perhaps Milan of the late 80's/early 90's? Even then, I don't think the gap was that big, great though they were. Barcelona had the Dream Team not long after the back-to-back European Cups after all.Quote:
