Why aren't we seriously in the hunt for Hummels? We could at least drive up the fee for a rival and make FFP bite. Whether it's blown or not, we used to hear the figure of £30mill every transfer window. Now we have money, it's £20mill. If we discovered oil and gold reserves under the car park a £10mill kitty would be announced.
