Roman's obviously putting all his eggs in the Torres basket.

We still have a few days for SC, then it will probably be back to Ganso.

Mata of time. Seems like cazorla only wants to go to Arsenal even if an offer comes in elsewhere. Some fucking good work from us for a change. Did we say the exact opposite to van persie?Quote:
The sale of Cazorla seems decided. It is most likely that the Spaniard never again wear the shirt-white, unless a miracle occurs. The transfer of the most expensive player in club history (cost 19 million) to Arsenal in a week seems unstoppable uncertain and crucial for the immediate future of Malaga. The team likely will be without one of its most prominent symbols.
The two clubs have already discussed, negotiated and almost decided, so that Malaga can accept the offer from Arsenal at any time. Martiricos entity, despite everything, sell the player without meaning to. And it will probably at a price below what it would like. But circumstances rule: Arsenal has convinced both the player and his representative and on the other hand, this operation will bring to the organization income that will give some short-term peace.
Between Monday and Tuesday were two meetings to finalize the sale of Cazorla. The two clubs met to try and direct a way this operation, which had previously been controlled by player agents. The big midfielder campaign placed him for some months in the crosshairs of more computers. But it was Arsenal who took the lead and directly contacted the player's agent, something very common in almost all the clubs, although the case of players under contract in force with other teams.
Malaga, in principle, thought to retain the player, but the circumstances have been changing over the weeks. Arsenal managed to do their part to the player's agent, who always went for the exit of Cazorla with the aim of advancing a football as attractive as English. From there the British team always tried to take advantage of the situation in Malaga to get a good price. Martiricos club, thus, is very difficult to retain the player, almost impossible. Even, it would not be easy to bring to fruition a better offer from another team, as the player probably would not accept more than leave Arsenal.
Immediate response
Acceptance of the offer from Arsenal can today, although there is no guarantee that it will be. But beginning in August and staff has returned from the Venezuelan tour, which curb the start of the season and force the decision-making. Hence, the departure of midfielder can materialize immediately, unless something new appears to prevent this transfer.
Besides Cazorla, yet there remains the option to leave the Malaga Rondon. This issue is not new. The player agreed to extend his contract and improve your chip, leading to both the player and the club to consider him to leave. There were some teams interested in Venezuela, although not yet formalized any offer. But still it is possible that something new may appear on the front.
interesting to see its actually on the club website rather than just paper twaddle. crossing the t's dotting the i's time i guess. now bring on mvilla and a decent LB that can actually defend!
So, just a reality check. Last season we bought Arteta, Mertersacker, Gervinho, Andre Santos, Benyaoun (on loan) Park Ju-Sung and Joel Campbell, Jenko and Oxygen-Chamber
This year, so far, we have bought Podolski, Giroud and Cazorla
And so far have let Fabregash go home, sold the French Lady-boy, potentially got rid of ****y shitebag Walcott and Oneseason Van Persie and a load of deadwood
But dont forget "we never buy anyone" and "we are a selling club" and "Wenger never buys any established players" and "We only ever buy clubs"
The only decent signings last season were Arteta, Mertesacker possibly and Oxlade, while Benayoun did well but was only a stop gap. Park was a waste, Santos is shit, Gervinho dissapointed and Jenkinson doesn't look ready at all. Yes, he bought more established players than normal, but a few of those "established" players were clearly not good enough.
Maybe its because I am only used to seeing us get fucked over, or I am not used to heaeing us act in such a seemingly way but by the way that article is written/(translated) I almost feel sorry for the loves. . .can see the Malaga doing a lemming suicide dive off the nearest cliffs
I might be jumping the gun a bit here but we've done some excellent business this summer, top work from Arsene and all. Giroud & Podolski were both good captures IMHO, sure I've not seen their performances for us yet but they are the type of player we should be going for.
Santi will be some coup too assuming this gets completed in the next few days.
If RVP still wants out after these signings then he's talking nonsense about ambition, we've so far shown a lot of amibition in this window.
