Why is it incredible that a guy who has probably already earned a shed load more dosh than he spends not want to consider whether he can be arsed to move.

I'd move for money because I haven't got a lot, but after a certain level, if I was comfortable where I was, I'd think twice about moving. Getting offered, say, 50k a week instead of my salary is a no-brainer, choosing whether to change from 90k a week to 100k a week (or whatever the numbers are), the money is less of a factor.
