The police aren’t doing themselves any favours presently by arresting Anti Monarchy protesters (what a complete waste of time and a complete contempt shown to freedom of expression)

But the fact remains that nearly every major head of state is going to be arriving in London a few days before the big enchilada, and the police are stretched during ordinary times and with thousands across the country pouring into the capital to make this their own personal “I was there” bit of history. The idea that football matches can go ahead in London is absurd. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole fixture schedule is scrubbed.

Yeah, a whole fucking day to do fuck all after ten days of fuck all to “show respect”.

Work is a big enough pain in the ass as it is without it all building up even more because ‘protocol’ and ‘respect’.

Bootlicking more like. Please let this fucking nightmare end!
