It's a daft thing to say, it creates further enmity between the clubs, which wasn't friendly to begin with. Having said that, I won't pay too much attention to what Stevie Me thinks though, this is a guy that worships the ground Demba Ba walks on.

Anyway.
What's the best way to get rid of a Kolo?

Alongside Sturridge in a 4-4-2 or competing against Sturridge with one upfront? Little bit mix?
Potentially madder than Suarez, potentially better than Suarez. Flip a coin.
Would've loved for us to have signed him tbh.
I think at first it will be 2 up front in that diamond formation Rodgers likes. Sterling just behind and maybe Coutinho alongside Henderson.
Fuck knows, when you start to think of the likes of Markovic and Lallana. Nice problem to have though.
Yup, a lot of bodies in midfield and attack. Needed though if you want to compete on all fronts.

Balotelli's latest offering. I'm saying nothing, but you're all thinking the same...
:haha:
He shoots (his load) and scores...

Liverpool doing a Tottenham of last season! :haha:
Its early days but from what i've seen, Markovic, Can, Lambert, Borini and the RB from madrid look shite.
Spuds all over again IMO. They lost their best player (and the PFA POTY) they sign loads of average joes and struggle to gel.
I think Markovic and Can will prove to be decent players.
haha lol jk
That's the most un-GP post of all time.
Hang on
Borini and Lambert fair enough, they've played enough games in this league to be able to form an opinion on them. Lambert is a donkey and Borini is a... younger donkey.
But Markovic, Manquillo and Can? Can has only played the equivalent of one half of football for us. It was Markovic first start and that manqiullo actually played quite well for us before Saturday. One loss and they're all shit. That's barely even scraping "early days". Of course these players haven't gelled yet. We're 4 games into the season.
At least wait until like 10+ games into the season before completely writing us off. At that point, it's fair game.... though even that is pretty early. *I may edit this after 10 games*
My bigger worry was why we "rested" Sterling for a game against some Bulgarian pub side.
I didn't know Aston Villa were a Bulgarian Pub side
Seriously though, doesn't really make sense to have two attacking players in the side who haven't really gelled into the team against a team that had conceeded one goal in their opening three league games.
Also
Cosmin's on his way to Anfield....he's going to don his gloves again
They said he couldn't, they said he wouldn't
But he palmed those shots away....

One loss and they're all shit.

:haha::haha:
You can find the rest of them yourself.
Liverpool are to be investigated for failing FFP rulings
*to ascertain whether we have failed FFP rulings.
Same diff :coffee:
£50m loss = force them to sell us sterling and sturridge to ensure fair play :good:

Shamelessly stole this from redcafe. Raheem Sterling was in the Eddie Murphy movie "Coming to America".

Remy,Lukaku and Welbeck are not better than Balotelli. Thats just hindsight besides its too early to even say that.
One more
:haha:Quote:
Balotelli is a different player to Welbeck and Remy but he can do shit they only dream of doing.
He is a good player but there's just something about his demeanour that no manger is ever going to crack.
A bad apple if there ever was one. I bet he will have played for at least 10 clubs by the time he retires.
I still want to see how he does alongside Sturridge. If he ever gets fit. That's about as forgiving as I can get.
At least we'll probably make our money back on him. No matter what, there will be someone out there who thinks they'd be able to "change him" and "unlock his potential".
Fuck.
Oh yeah.
Would help.
Sturridge is dead.
Come back Iago! All is forgiven.
Sturridge is dead for another six weeks in fact.
Lambert to the rescue.
