I have absolutely no problem with clubs using pre seasons for financial reasons

As long as that money is being used for the benefit of the football club (transfers etc)

Really low energy, low tempo, very pre-season typical. Don't think we'll learn too much from this.

For instance, Bayern players going down and faking injury. Nothing to learn there.
