Three wins, two draws and one defeat made November a solid if unspectacular month for Arsenal.
It all started with a mature defensive display against Marseille that secured a goalless draw in the Champions League and another clean sheet followed as West Brom were well beaten at Emirates Stadium.
Robin van Persie's brace saw Arsenal come from behind to beat Norwich and the captain grabbed another double - thanks partly to
Alex Song's fantastic assist - to see off Borussia Dortmund in Europe.
The exertions of booking top spot in Group F were evident when Fulham held the Gunners to a draw a few days later and November ended with a defeat despite a good performance from the youngsters against Manchester City in the Carling Cup.
There are plenty of contenders for our November Player of the Month award.
Wojciech Szczesny was solid in goal,
Andre Santos went from strength to strength at left back while
Laurent Koscielny and
Thomas Vermaelen had excellent months.
Alex Song shone in midfield while
Gervinho and
Theo Walcott offered fine support for the free-scoring Van Persie up front.
