Maybe Wenger needs to employ a hypnotist and get him to cast a spell on the chaps to tell them that we are 1-0 down. Seems we can only play well from behind. We need to put this game to bed early i dont trust 5-0 with the whistle not to do us some shit before the game is through.

Quite an even game to be fair, Newcastle look fairly solid and I don't think our CB's have got to grips with Ba yet because he's winning a lot of 50-50's and knockdowns.

Rosicky and Theo our best players. Song and Arteta look a little laboured.

Just feel that Arteta needs to take a few more gambles with his passes when we're in the final 3rd. More often than not he has acres but chooses to knock it back out wide instead.

I'd sub Arteta and play the same formation we did against Milan, with Oxlade part of a midfield 3 with Gervinho on the wings. The midfield is too slow and sluggish again.

Tippy-tappy is back. Lots of possession, have done fuck all with it. We're making it much too easy for Newcastle. Much more pace required and the ball needs to be moved at twice the speed. This lot are here for the taking if we up the pressure. Gibbs is very poor. He's not a defender, he's far more a wide midfielder. Sagna and Walcott doing well on the other side though. Great goal by RvP, very poor keeping from Ches to let theirs in though. Hope to see much better in the next 45, would be criminal to throw away this opportunity.

Hopefullywe can pick up the pace in second half push up on their defence maybe get arteta off and put ox in the middle

Oxo also needs to make more effort to drop into positions where he can pick up the ball, make himself more available but agreed.
