Probably the first 'fun' preseason friendly in years. Actually seemed like players like Campbell were trying to make a point, rather than just go through the motions of a training session. But the only noteworthy thing today was that Ramsey and Chamberlain looked very sharp, which is bloody useful. Chamberlain is going to kill it this season.
From Wenger's post match interview he seemed to suggest there will probably only be one signing, which will be at the back. Don't think we'll get our monster DM so we'd better hope for Ramsey to play a full season. Engine of the team goes as soon as he's out.

Glad I can say that about Arsenal again.
Delighted that Sanogo, Campbell and Bellerin all impressed - 3 potential bonus players for the season ahead, that no one would have had too many / any expectations for. Poor Jenks though - his motivation for this year will be in the toilet before the season even starts if Bellerin continues like that!
Bellerin looks so confident and composed on the ball and he made a beauty of a cross for Campbell's goal too. Problem is that, apparently, he is a bit suspect defensively which he will need to work on. Great prospect thoughQuote:
