3-3. Nadal to serve.
Nadal's forehand there probably landed in at Indian Wells.
Break point for Federer!
Nadal saves it at the net.
Nadal goes wide with the backhand.
Nadal saves it again, backhand up the line.
Nadal holds, leads 3-4.
Fed flukes one at the net. Break point on a different service game.
Great backhand return that drew the error.
Fed breaks and will serve for the Championship!
Fed starts with a double fault.
What an unbelievable backhand from Fed.
Championship point!
Federer beats Nadal 6-3 6-4 to win the Miami Masters!!!
His 26th Masters overall and third at Miami. :scarf:
91st title in all.
Is it 2006?
WENGER OUT!
Nadal won his 10th in Monte Carlo and 11th in Barcelona, if anybody cares about the pub clay tournaments.
Nadal v Djokovic in their 50th match today.
Semi-final in Madrid.
Djokovic is getting a beating.
Nadal just blows two match points.
Nadal does win though 6-2 6-4.
Mostly a decent beating really, there were some glimmering signs that Cyborgovic is still there though.
Tennis is happening.
No Fed no thread?
Also, Margaret Court is an absolutely horrific person. N_Q's idol.
Mark Philippoussis Arena IMO.
Djokovic had a five setter.
Nadal, frankly, didn't.
Murray into the semi finals. Considering the awful form he's been on since coming back from injury he's had a good tournament. Beating Del Potro in straight sets was awesome achievement
I'd love him to win this, but even if he got past Stan Wawrinka (which I don't see even though he did it at the same stage last year) I don't see him taking down a reinvigorated Nadal on his best surface.
Ostapenko beat Halep 4-6 6-4 6-3 to win the French Open. Well done to her.
Stan v Nadal tomorrow. Stan undefeated in Slam finals.
Muzza went down in five sets to Wawrinka.
Nadal up a set and a break.
Nadal takes the second set 6-3.
Nadal wins 6-2 6-3 6-1. Not even close.
No fan of Nadal but literally there was no one getting anywhere near him. If Murray had got to the finals same would have happened to him, if Djokovic hadn't lost to Thiem Nadal would have butchered him in the semi finals.
In fact the only player who seems to be able to match Nadal is the one player who didn't feature in this tournament.
Federer has A. Zverev in the Montreal Masters final today.
Zverev challenges one. I think it was 1mm in.
Fed saves a break point.
I don't see Nadal for the US Open tbf.
Fed holds. 1-1.
Zverev breaks and leads 3-1 in the first set.
Australian Open, apart from this year is normally the slower court.
Anyway the win you refer to was four years ago.
Zverev takes the first set 6-3.
Fun point.
Federer is way behind the baseline.
Break point for Fed.
