lol what a finish!
Offside decision in our favour.
:faint:
Offside too. Bliss.
The finish is all I care about though. That's the difference between a top player and all the rest.
If Fat Sam is such a legend, why is he still sitting there taking a beating?
Lulling us into a false sense of security?
Monreal Screwjob.
Some of the passing up front is amazing. Where has this all come from?
Oooooh.
Monreal almost pops up with his usual goal.
We're all over them like a cheap rash. Our new signings are dragging the others up by their bootstraps.
Mkhi is class, honestly don't know how Mourinho didn't rate him.
The linesman was probably enjoying the game too much to remember to raise his flag.
Haven't we beaten the Toffees 7-0 once?
loved fat sam turning the airwaves blue prior to Aubemeyang goal
Is Xhaka injured
Auba.
Mkhitaryan is what we wanted Ozil to be.
Yes, it's only 40 minutes. But it's the most incisive and exciting 40 minutes by the team or a player in a long time.
On a serious note we can't play like this against Spurs away ..... we're far too open in midfield and careless. But against pub teams at home, fuck yeah
Our attack
Mkhitarayn:bow:
Ozil:bow:
Aubameyang
The flow
It's ours next year
Wenger:bow:
Xhaka, leave it to the pros mate.
Xhaka should be shot for that. Denied Ozil a great goal.
Falls to Xhaka - otherwise 5
4-0 HT.
4-1 coming up?
Bloody marvellous.
Ozil/Miki
Walcott :haha:
Wazza:haha:
Fat Sam :haha:
If we had a more solid, athletic and more defensively minded player in the place of Xhaka and perhaps an improvement on Iwobi then we'd be perfect .... at in MF & attack.
We need to keep hammering away. No idea how Fat Sam has this job. He has no business talking about our defence after today.
Ps. Dump that Shakka twat. Jesus he is slow.
It's no exaggeration to say we could have had 73
HT 4-0
Was all about Aubameyang going in, and all about Mkhitaryan coming out. You have to wonder about Maureen and his ability to get the best out of a player, or even leave the player alone to just play. Auba looks great, no worries there at all. But Miki has given us an alternative to Ozil, which is absolutely vital. The opposition now has 2 men to mark out of the game and that's not possible.
BUT. The Ramsey and Xhaka midfield is shit, btw. Everton are poor and it's masking the fact we still don't have a utility midfield that can attack and defend in equal measure. Sure, the door is wide open today so we don't need to defend. But on the odd occasion where we needed to be tight the midfield was missing.
At least he can't bring Coquelin on.
But the like for like Auba/ Laca sub is almost written in the stars.
What he should do is hook Xhaka, bring Jack on and demonstrate the expert coaching that has been taking place over the last week to drill Ramsey and Jack in a give and take midfield that sees one go and the other stay, and vice versa. That will definitely happen.
