Podolski didnt go back with Rafael but again hes a striker playing left wing so i dont blame him for that.

True but there's not an awful lot of urgency to get forward either, our forwards are lingering around in midfield....goals are pretty rare from that area.

They should just ignore Arsene's instructions and use their brains.
