I think Cross very ably demonstrates what it takes to be a sports journalist these days. Minutes after the final whistle his considered analysis is typeset and ready to go. Think about it. Nobody really needs to call the guy a cunt when he's calling himself a cunt and a fraud a million times over on every news stand. Lightweight, amateur and a bone fide disgrace to what used to be a profession.
