RVC was actually excellent. Defending from the front™. He kept the ball whenever he got it, wriggled out of every tight situation and from every scrap he had he was able to set up a team-mate or force the keeper into a save.
Madrid were quite poor. Hope they can get the job done in the 2nd leg, but they won't on that showing.
Seeing way too much about Jones being outstanding. If barging into people is outstanding then I'll happily do it. RVC was very good, yes. Real died when it mattered in the second half.

Well on the forum I frequent there aren't too many Rafaites (not in the same way as RAWK anyway; most still appreciate what he did for us but not in the same reverential RAWK style) but it's pretty much a universal constant that people consider it his biggest mistake. Made worse by him thinking Gareth fucking Barry was an adequate replacement. And don't think RAWK is representative of most Liverpool fans. Please.Quote:
