Liverpool will cause Real Madrid problems, they are so good at hitting you on the break and their trio are such a threat.
Real Madrid have definitely had a harder route to the final, beating the French, Italian and German champions along the way, where as Liverpool havent faced anybody of real quality apart from City (Roma and Porto are no Bayern and Juve).
Real Madrid have rode their luck a lot more though, where as Liverpool have wiped the floor with every opponent.
Since we've gone out of the Europa League and the new coach we have, I think I've rethought my wanting of Liverpool to win.
It's a laugh at the loser situation.
Chris Sutton's prediction:
:blink:Quote:
Real Madrid 0-3 Liverpool
I can see Liverpool blowing them away. Madrid were fortunate to get past Juventus and Bayern Munich. They are vulnerable at the back, keeping one clean sheet in their last 11 games, so Liverpool should have nothing to fear. If they play their own game, I don’t see how Madrid can cope with them.

Come on Real Madrid.
However I have a feeling Liverpool will win it. Galling but I don’t begrudge them success as much as others.
Can't believe the number of Arsenal fans that want to see Liverpool win this.
Absolute carnage in Ukraine, as expected. Bloody scenes as drunken Friday night brawls, which are unheard of anywhere else, result in one fan getting a nose bleed and 2 being arrested. By police.
The media warned this would happen but nobody listened. It proves Putin fixed the Brexit vote (well shit, I haven't got time to go through the whole thing, just assume this is right).
I don't know why, but I want Liverpool to win when normally I wouldn't. Perhaps it's because they can play attractive attacking football. Perhaps it's because we're not direct rivals at the moment. I say at the moment because I'm hoping all that will change with the new manager.
I'd quite like Liverpool to win as well tbf.
How dare you!
And no, I don't think we will. Madrid just find ways to win. Ronaldo just find ways to score. And if he doesn't, Ramos will. I'm not going to go as far as saying "just happy to be here", but let's see. Anything can happen. And it's live.
I think Liverpool will rip them a new one.
3-1 (with Marketing's goal cheated as usual)
Secret is to stay away from Penaldo when he's in the box. That way his dives are more obvious.
Cant have that preening fancy dan winning another CL and Ballon after that.
Pool will bring it home :faint:
This will be streamed on BT's channel on Youtube and hopefully not as far behind live TV as their app is.
Marketing: Navas, Carvajal, Varane, Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Casemiro, Kroos, Modric, Isco, Benzema, Ronaldo.
Subs: Casilla, Nacho, Hernandez, Vazquez, Kovacic, Bale, Asensio.
Liverpool: Karius, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson, Henderson, Milner, Wijnaldum. Salah, Firmino, Mane
Subs: Mignolet, Klavan, Clyne, Moreno, Can, Lallana, Solanke.
I think I want Liverpool to win now.
What’s wrong with me?
BT showing highlights of Liverpool on the break.
They play like we used to :-(
Ivan might currently be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but he wasn't sharp enough to shift Wenger when Klopp became available. It could be us starting tonight if somebody had done the screamingly obvious thing back then.
Won't mean a thing if they lose this one, as it's only another 4th placed trophy.
These elaborate ceremonies are a complete waste of precious resources. What are they going to do with all that crap afterwards?
Bit of a dilemma this. Nothing particularly against Liverpool or Klopp. And I do have something against that preening cock Ronaldo.
And the only Liverpool fan I know in real life is actually pretty decent, and I even kind like TiBbles.
But Real still are more "distant" so overall I probably have to want Real to win it (sorry, TiBbles).
England v Spain apparently.
Champions League music. :haha:
Big fan of cellos though, even those weird half ones they have here.
I really do hate Ronaldo.
Klopp losing his sixth final in a row is worth a chuckle though.
BT Sport app is a couple of seconds behind the Youtube stream, which means it's still about a minute behind live TV.
Do I have to subscribe to youtube to watch this sodding match. I'm told all over YouTube that I can watch for free but no links are showing the match.
Watching on the YouTube app on my Amazon Fire thingy (Amazon )
About 90 seconds in as I type.
I have an acestream up instead.
Mane was nearly in but Varane just gets there.
