I'm pretty sure he'll never be dropped. Even most Liverpool fans seem to accept he's shit. It's probably more like an Old Boys situation, where Rodgers will get slaughtered by Stevie Me's mates in the media as soon as they have one bad performance without him. Rodgers is British though, so he'd get less criticism than say, a Rafa or AVB, would.
I'm certain Liverpool would have performed much better in recent years, if a more balanced team had been allowed to be built there without the shadow of Phil Collins' biggest fan hanging over them.

Good results for us today. 4th place trophy is coming home.
I may be in a minority of one (which wouldn't be all that surprising) but I didn't think Chelsea were the dominant force the post-match analyses are suggesting. They didn't really create too many clear cut chances and though we didn't either we still had more of the ball, even if we didn't do much with it.
