Higuain could have been lining up for us tomorrow. Even if we sign Suarez he won't set foot on a pitch until October. Plus all the other stuff including the fact we aren't signing him. Doesn't matter if Suarez is better the Messi if we aren't signing him. And we aren't.Quote:

Higuain made a lot more sense, cheaper, a goalscorer, younger comes with no baggage and not a troublemaker. When I say he made more sense, he made more sense to us but Suarez clearly makes more sense to Wenger and co as they know we have no chance of getting it and thus won't be spending a penny on him!

Higuain scored 107 goals in 190 games for one of the biggest teams where the pressure is immense, I don't see why Suarez should be rated above him on that basis when he's got just 51 goals in 96 games in a much lower pressure environment, it's just good old English hype again.

Kind of the point really. Schurrle was signed in late june, the other 2 were signed in early July. I'm quite pleased with our transfer business so far. Get our stuff sorted early and focus on pre-season. Not sure about all this Rooney stuff tbh. Kinda hope we don't sign him.
