He is all of that but the real blame must lie with the board who continue to worship him & allow him to get away with it. He should have gone into his last contract negotiations in no position to bargain. He has under achieved to the expectations of the club & what was promised following the Emirates move, for far too long. With the players & spending power we have most semi-decent managers could be getting the results we do & finishing where we do.
Conditions should have been put in his contract to make him spend proper money in the areas needed & to change his attitude to the way we play the top teams. His principles would have made him refuse to guarantee this, which then should have resulted in someone opening the door for him on his way out.
