played him out of position. whats worse is he played in him in a position where you need a work horse to help track back and carry out defensive duties. arshavin was never that, we knew that before he arrived. needed to be played in the hole and given creative freedom but wenger insisted on playing him on the wing which cost us numerous times.

If you can't hack a bit of that then you won't make it. But that's aside from the fundamental point that we had all this after Russia-Czechs in the summer and he promptly sucked for the next two games.
