David Silva putting his foot about again.
Great clearance from Sterling.
City looking nervous, missing KDB.
Now Bernardo Silva follows suit.
And again from Sterling! :haha:
Oh look, Pep looks for Sane to save his arse again when he should be starting.
Cmon Citeh ffs
Foden off for Sane.
Foden starting in a must win match.
A matter of time, you'd think.
Gundogan curls it but wide.
Sterling bundled off the ball, no pelanty.
Maddison combs it but wide.
Ridiculous run from Maguire.
Schmeichel saves from Aguero somehow.
1-0 Kompany lashes it in!
That's one way to do it.
Wow.
I don’t know why but I just don’t want Liverpool to win it.
Phew - now keep it tight Citeh
Has Kompany ever tried that before?
Tielemans off, Barnes on.
As far as opposition players go, Kompany is one of my favourites. Wenger should have signed him years ago. Arsenal captain material and has always spoken respectfully about The Arsenal even though he's never played for us.
Amazing goal.
Maddison off, Iheanacho on.
Aguero hauled off, Jesus on.
Jesus rollin' rollin' rollin'.
1-0 FT.
Liverpool. :rose:
Glenn Murray to ruin everything.
Ridiculous from Kompany.
Fair fucks to him. One of the PL greats for sure.
Carragher just said they signed him for 5/6 million. jeeez
They picked up Zabaleta for the same price that summer as well.
Not bad.
Ridiculous goal.
Fair play to both sides.
I guess City are favourites but someone could yet blink on the last day.
Last 21 games City have won 20 and lost 1
Surprisingly most people I've spoken to are actually quite upbeat. There's nothing more we could do, and if (when) City win it then you just have to say they deserve it. There's not much more you can do when both teams win something like 20 league games on the bounces or whatever it is.
2014 helps in a way. As much as the scars of that are still there, we got ourselves wrapped up in a frenzy, felt like we had it and then felt like we threw it away. It's never really felt like that this season.
I on the other hand am a permanent pessimist, and can't help feeling this was a once in a generation season that we surely won't repeat, and we've got to keep up with a City team who already have.
Mourinho
