Pretty much
Guardiola is the Messi of managers. World class in his comfort zone but too scared to leave it and challenge themselves.
Tis why neither is seen as greats

Guardiola has left.
And the fact no one wants him pretty much backs up my point
Abramovich obviously wants him.
Hope they get him tbh
Sandro Rosell has said Ronaldo is the 12th best player in the world (implied behind Barca's starting XI).

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo and his agent, Jorge Mendes, have stepped forward to cover the cost of a nine-year-old boy's cancer treatment.
Having been told by doctors that there was nothing more they can do for their child, Nuhazet's parents decided to make one of their son's dreams come true by taking him to a game at the Santiago Bernabeu last month.
Ronaldo and Mendes met the boy, who hails from Las Palmas, after the match and immediately offered to foot the bill for a consultation at one of the Spanish capital's top medical facilities.
"In the hospital, they gave us three options: do nothing, carry out experimental tests or send a biopsy to the United States so they could produce personalised medication," Nuhazet's father explained to AS.
The boy's family are now awaiting the arrival of said "personalised medication".
Unless the kid comes in for his treatment wearing a Barca shirt, in which case RIP.
