I remember I missed the 2004 fa cup final as I chose to go to the park to play football, hoping to come back and watch it from kick off. Come home and United are lifting the trophy  .

Cup finals are as a general rule shit
I can think of maybe one or two decent finals in my living memory.
Even when the two teams are mismatched there is a cagey ness about the games because neither side wants to lose.
This final wont buck that trend
Hull will stick 11 men behind the ball and play for time, either to take one chance from a set piece opportunity or play for the lottery of penalties.
I think this game will be largely similar to our cup final against Southampton, scrappy affair...and decided by one goal. I think we will score in the second half look to push on for a seco d but lose confidence and pull back and Hull will be camped in our final third for the last ten minutes, and whilst jubilant when the final whistle goals frankly we will be glad it's all over.
Goalscorer?....Hmm Ozil, it seems somehow appropriate that our most expensive signing ends the trophy drought
Just got tickets.
