Williams have been shit this season. Mclaren looking at lot better at least. Not great in qualifying but decent on the day. Hopefully they have a competitive car by next season. Button needs a new contract.

You get grid penalties per PU component. He took a load of new components as he would be starting from the back anyway.

I don't get what it means though, does it mean those remaining penalties will continue on to the next race?

No. They changed the rule. Penalties won't carry over. He'll just start from the back.
