We are in the waiting period. Unfortunately the waiting period resets every time we get turned down. Anyway, serious bids do not ensure quality. If we go to the top of the Eiffel Tower and say Baines is quality it does not mean the sardines will follow the trawler or Felaini's wife will suddenly be prettier.

I read that Eiffel Tower crap from Wenger.
