Supposedly Coq is in line to play some part in the FA Cup and the Southampton game.
Rosicky's injury sounds horrendous.
In Wenger's words... "Nobody understands (how he got injured). I told him straight away after half-time to warm-up. I observed him, he's very conscientious Tomas, he did sprint and sprint and sprint. He comes on, after three minutes he got the injury. I looked at him and thought 'Tomas you do not run properly' because he didn't lift his legs and he lost some balls."
:upset: Reports saying Rosicky is being forced into retirement after his latest injury.
Sad if true but not a shock to anyone.
He's been here for 10 years and been available for what, 4-5 years worth of games at most?
If his latest injury keeps him out for the rest of the season then he's played his last game for us at least.
Not that he would have played much anyway, if at all.
It was expected after the latest injury but I salute him. Won't hold a grudge against him for the injuries because I know he'd play more if it were possible.
Confirmed that Rosicky has a ruptured thigh and is out for 3 months. Mental.
Cheerio, Tom.
Shame, despite all the injuries will still be sorry to see him leave. When fit and on form he was fantastic, loved a goal against the spuds too!
