Arteta is the best passer in the league. He's only slow if people are doing fuck all ahead of him, which with Ozil left and nobody supporting the striker is almost always. Ozil should be central behind Welbeck, that would give Arteta a constant option. Ramsey should play wide left so he can cover Monreal. It's very irritating to see the same shit over and over for every game. This fucked up formation didn't work against Leicester, do we think the gypos will be an easier nut to tip-tap to death? I feel sorry for Welbeck because he'll be up for it today, he'll cut a lone figure though. Cazorla should be playing too.

I just find that most of our counter attacks break down because of him, i am not disputing how good he is at passing but the problem is mainly he has to get the ball on his left foot all the time which eats up time that gives the opposistion time to get back.
Monreal and Debuchy need to drop deeper and stop the crosses coming in...and should in a better starting line leave Sanchez and Ox to bomb forward.
Cazorla can't play on the left either, so really it's a case of dropping either him or Ozil

I would have put Cazorla in the centre - especially as Toure is not playing.

Welbeck has never scored against Manchester City.

Apart from that FA Cup game when he scored, Stelling.

Never been a fan off Jack and Ramsey playing together, and Ozil out wide is a very risky against a team like City

Navas vs Monreal. Which made it essential not to play Ozil left. But we're just blundering into it again.
