Resign?
Oh thank God. Leicester. No St Totteringham's day but at least Leicester are doing their bit to save football.
"4-0 to the one man team"
Quite right too. A little credit please.
Anyway, will be 5 soon.
Three blue Champions in a row.
Red teams.
What happened?
"Barcelona, we're coming for you."
The whole attitude there is the exact reverse of what we have here. It may all be a one-off, but this is how it's done.
FT 4-0 GET IN.
Football still alive and kicking.
Leicester are almost the anti wenger arsenal of modern day, they win under pressure at the crucial end of the season and show no sign of complacency or arrogance.
If Leicester do end up winning it this season, do you think it would be the greatest, most memorable and most complete team performance in top flight history?
I know it's a very subjective question and it's difficult for us to remain unbiased given the unbeaten season and the beast mode performances in 1998 and 2002 (Leicester's run right now is very reminiscent of our finishing straight in 98, but that's for another day). We also have Manchester United's season in 1999 to consider (even though the less we're reminded of that, the better and I personally believe their side of 2001 showed a maturity and frightening quality that the team of 1999 never had)
Excluding Blackburn and Manchester City who gave us some tremendous drama and I think I'm right in ignoring anything Chelsea have done (*hacks and spits*), where would Leicester 2016 rank against Arsenal 2004 and Manchester United 1999?
