Agree, who's Martinez?

No one has 2 keepers good enough to be number 1, so it wouldn't make sense to get Handanovic or anyone else. You don't rotate a goalkeeper like you can with someone outfield, a number 2 has to be content with his role of playing only 5-10 games a season depending on cup progress. Sir Chesney would fuck off in an instant if Wenger bought a number 1 and that would be a decision we'd really regret down the line.

Will be good to see how he does
I assume Benzema and Remy will be their first choice strike pairing. Thats if they even play with 2 up front. Havent seen a France game since the laughs at the last world cup

Africans playing in France
Yeah but I read somewhere that he had some kind of clause in his previous contract whereby when he played a certain amount of games a new contract could be negotiated, sounds a bit strange to me but I wouldn't put it past Arsenal to insert wierd & wacky clauses in players contracts like that.
Besides...if we view him as surplus to requirements at least we'll get a respectable figure for him now he has a long term contract....or maybe we won't if we've given him a large salary!!!
