You have to hand it to Uefa this time - they've basically found a way of making sure they get their kick-backs and bribes from these clubs, but they're doing it in plain sight, right under everyone's noses! All totally legal too. Very nicely done...

Manchester City will 'charge' those other clubs millions in professional fees.

Still, UEFA fines (especially suspended fines) are nothing to clubs with unlimited funds. 17m fine ??? cost of doing business. They'll just spend on and on until UEFA has the balls to ban them from competitions.

If you can read between the lines, this gives a stunning glimpse of just how corrupt football has become. UEFA are now ENCOURAGING the dopers to break the rules.
