January Transfers -- Speculation & Shit?

Yeah I'd be quite up for us signing Huntelaar. He's a proven goalscorer and we could probably get 2, maybe 3 decent seasons out of him.

We obviously can't afford the elite players like Falcao, Jovetic etc so Huntelaar is about as good as we're going to get IMHO.

Good point, he did say he wanted a CL team, but like Theo, he won't be allowed to go on a free in the summer, so will be sold i guess he'd have to take not playin in the Cl this season, unless he went to pool.

Giroud is just as good, IMO.

KJH is decent too.

But just like with Giroud, if you don't give him any service, he won't score you any goals.

More concerned with what is happening with Theo, and whether we can get rid of Gervinho. We need creativity on the wings, and this should take priority for me.

Giroud is good but KJH is better. Proven internationally and in European competitions and another merciless dutch **** that would rather die than not score.

Yep, the midfield needs fixing first. Giroud will score you goals if you give him service. Imagine how many he'd have got in 07/08.

Yes, he can fuck off. But we need to replace him.

There is only so much Gervinho 60,000 people can take.

Like Giroud too but I think KJH would add quality
You are right about service and the need for extra in the midfield, a real DM would be another priority.

Have watched the West Brom game and all I ca say is I have wasted a lot of breath on Gervinho

I agree with this, KJH is a proven goalscorer and a player like that is like gold dust. Giroud isn't a bad player but I think he's more of a plan B kind of player who offers something different when things aren't working.

I'd be really excited if we signed Huntelaar, would be great to see an out and out finisher at the club again.
