Well it can change very quickly and I'll look pretty stupid. Well stupider. Fingers crossed though.

I think they have, at worst, the 4th best /team squad in the league. So I guess they'll overtake in particular Liverpool and Tottenham. They've had bad starts before - not this bad but it has been typical of them. Maybe they haven't got the Fergie factor to go on their usual mad run to haul them back into the title race, but if we're looking at around 70-75 points to finish 4th...that's certainly do-able.
In theory Moyes is used to getting the best out of decent-but-not-great players and led by a strike force of Rooney and Van Persie with 23 games left, they'll be up there. We know from previous seasons how quickly things change and the race for 4th allows a lot more margin for error.
Moyes must be given time to properly destroy them. It's ridiculous some are talking about him getting sacked when there's a whole lot more damage he can do.
She said no, Robin...

They need to win 16 more games roughly if they want to finish top four and a couple of draws, they really can't afford any more mess ups before the January window. Talking about RVP and Rooney up front seems to be talking in ideal terms given how RVP is playing and the easy match winning or match leading chances Wazza has been spurning (against Cardiff and Everton).
I didn't really think their squad was particularly great but Ferguson was able to extract the absolute most out of the majority. There has to be a reason Moyes isn't as great as Ferguson and that's going to be shown in results and performances.
You lot are mean.
Poor old David :(
No fewer than two RedCaff users would like to see "Kloop" as manager. Yep.
