I agree but I dony mond a bit of poaching, as long as we are bringing these guys in to an established team, the pure youth theory is flawed and even though Wenger may have dreamt if Cesc staying and being a mentor to all and sundry, this wasnt the case because the team was nit gifted or mentally strong enough.
