Daddy Campbell is merely pimping his son what a cunt.....
I'm sure one of the interested parties got to the father, greased his hole and his eyes went 'KER-CHING!'
Grubby little jizzmonkey.
Meh he´s 19. We need stuff to use right now. It´s not that our first team is so irreplaceable as to concentrate on signing kids that won´t play for at least 2 years. Not anymore.
Why are we even bothered about signing this kid? He is a no body.. I think our focus should be in signing experienced players who will hit the ground running

SAMIR NASRI AGREES DEAL TO JOIN MANCHESTER CITY
Posted by Cathal Breathnach on July 19, 2011 | 54 Comments
Football Corner can this evening confirm that Samir Nasri has agreed a deal to join Manchester City.
Nasri, 24, has been strongly linked with away from move Arsenal in recent weeks with several Premier League sides, including the two Manchester clubs, reportedly interested.
However, Arsene Wenger has continued to deny speculation that the French international would be leaving the Emirates, but after all of his claims, it would appear Wenger has lost one of his most prized assets.
City boss Roberto Mancini confirmed earlier this month that he was keen to bring Nasri to the Etihad Stadium and with the player’s contract at Arsenal due to expire in 12 months, it seems officials at Eastlands have finally convinced Arsenal to sell.
The fee is believed to be £21 million and Nasri will be unveileved as a City player in the next 48 hours.
interesting exchange of comments after the story :D
We've been negotiating with his club for the best part of the summer window, you know Arsenal love to haggle!
It doesn't inspire me very much in terms of more signings...if we don't make our moves now I can't see any first team quality type signings being made.
I wouldn't be surprised if Arsene is rummaging around the bargain bins of Ligue One come the last day of the window.
42 days of the window left now, I think.
41 of those days constitute the waiting period.
The brazilian can piss off tbh but I'd take Ribery here. Won't happen thoughQuote:

Ribery! I love it!
I have a list of 'Will not happen' stories which is longer than the number of posts Ach has made on the new GW
not saying I wouldn't mind it to happen tho........will have to blow our transfer record out of the water to get him tho

Southampton winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has opened the door to a potential move this summer after he admitted that he wants to join a 'top club'.
Oxlade-Chamberlain, 17, has been hailed as one of England's most exciting young players and has been linked with a move to Arsenal, with the Gunners knocked back in their efforts to sign him in an £8 million deal (rising to £12m) already.
However, the teenager now claims he wants to move to one of the best sides in the Premier League to test himself further.
"I've heard Arsenal are in for me and to join a top-four club is what I hope for,'' he told the Sun. "When the bus comes along, you have to jump on it and make the most of your opportunities. It's not every day you get a chance like that. I believe in my own ability and that I have what it takes to play in the Premier League."
Oxlade-Chamberlain also says he has talked with Saints and hopes they will not block him from completing a dream move.
"I've had a chat with the manager, Nigel Adkins, about my situation and expressed my feelings to him,'' he added. ''I talked about how I wanted to be playing in the Premier League as quickly as possible and he has been really understanding.
"I've been at Southampton since I was seven and enjoyed every minute of it. They've brought me up in a really good way. The fans and the manager have been great and the club have made me what I am today.
"But I feel it's time for the next step. The way I see it, the Premier League is where I aspire to play. You aren't at the top of the game until you get there.
"I could spend a year in the Championship and, though this might sound negative, I could get injured and that opportunity might be lost. The next year another young star could come through and the opening might not come around again."
Southampton had success with both Theo Walcott and Gareth Bale, selling them on at a huge profit while they were still youngsters, and Oxlade-Chamberlain understands why he will be compared to the duo.
He declared: "I guess seeing what has happened with Theo and Gareth inspires me. Although they didn't jump straight into the first team when they moved, they've pushed on to better things. So I take confidence from that.
"Obviously you are going to be a bit apprehensive going into the Premier League. But you have to take risks. If you step up and it doesn't work out, you have to hold your hands up. But if you believe in yourself and you're willing to work, which I am, there's endless amounts you can achieve.
"My team-mates understand my position. And I'm sure if they had this chance they wouldn't turn it down. It's the same with anyone in any line of work. If you can better yourself, it's silly not to want to move on and do it."
He's probably our next signing.
Also, from elsewhere...
Tevez to Corinthians is off because they can't pay the up front fee requested.
'Arry is interested in signing Adebayor
Sanchez deal is (supposedly) done.
We should sign Tevez, his family will be more at home in diverse Norf London tbh.
Sure, that was the minor snag. Before that we had a few lowball offers turned down and he declined our initial wage offer.
I accept that negotiations are part and parcel of a transfer but it does seem that a lot of our deals are long drawn out sagas.
It worries me that we'll start deals for other players and fail to complete them due to haggling etc....
they are only drawn out because thats the feed people hook into from the media
and its obvious how much absolute shit they spew out
look at you the other week when sky said he was going to be more offensive to counter defensive probs. you even had to make shit up to justify it, when it all came from a completely different question.
if you buy into the media nonsense everyday then they'll dictate a lot of perception surrounding the club
so did we sign someone else yet
Come on, this isn't down to the media that we drag our heels over almost every deal, after all doesn't really seem to happen often to other clubs....and why wouldn't the media do the same thing?
Our spending policy seems to be the problem in my opinion, we want to get everyone on the cheap.
