From this I gather:

A) Wenger is finding it tough adjusting to the new set up and having a specialist like Sven in place that knows just as much as him. He probably sees him as a threat. B) He refers to it being difficult for Sven to adapt to the new environment too and that it's not been plain sailing. Sven's probably come in and seen how inefficient and out of date our practices are, and how everything is so reliant on an old dinosaur.

Sounds as if it's not all rosy behind the scenes. I think head's and egos will be clashing soon.

And that's exactly what we need.
