Don't expect much from this game tbh.
City will really be feeling the pressure so I wouldn't be surprised if we won.
Although play anything like we did today and we'll get hammered.
Must win :coffee:
WUMger is starting to WUM again with Oxo.
He better start this one.
If we had beaten RPQ, this would have been another home banker.
As it is, it's a 2-1.
Destroyed them without scoring last season. Though I think a load of grafters and Jo were playing. With their away form we ought to win, really. We'll see.
5-5.
We are getting fucked in this hardcore
Whats our worse home defeat in premier league history?
Easy 3 points. City will have collapsed even further by the 8th. Shit team of mercenaries managed by a shitbag and with shit fans and a shit mascot.
Yeah as if we have players who "play for the shirt" and aren't mercenaries.
I've edited the OP so it has the correct time.
This will most likely be a draw. Denting city's title bid n also getting Chelsea to within 3 points of us, making the game against the chavs the most important game for getting 4th.
we need all 3 points but I'll be happy settle for a draw
Worth watching this?
2 minds about this.
Defeat is pretty much certain as our team is alwful. Even RVP is a bit shit these days
And its my day off so im sure il have something better to do than see us lose
Well be fine as long as rosicky and Ox start and ramsey is on the bench.
mancini has taken the pressure off of citeh by today saying that they will conceed the title to Utd if they loose to us on sunday.
:snigger: :mutley:
Doesnt talk about us at all but predicts us to winQuote:
Arsenal v Man City (1600 BST)
Manchester City's title bid is teetering on the edge so a trip to Emirates Stadium is the last thing Roberto Mancini needs.
Mancini has a dilemma - does he do what he probably would do under normal circumstances which is to pick two holding midfielders, look to stop Arsenal playing for an hour and then go and try to win the game?
Or, with this essentially being a must-win fixture, does he go toe to toe with them from the off.
Either way, I cannot see City getting anything. Their players have lost their way badly in recent weeks and there seems to be a realisation among the players that they are going to finish second. It is very difficult to change that mindset at this stage.
For them to have any chance in north London, they need every single one of their top players to have a great game, but that has not been happening for a while.
Defeat for City here would effectively mark the end of the title race. Did I think it would end so soon? No, because I thought City would be better in the last couple of months of the season.
Failing to land the title, and finishing the season without a trophy, will inevitably mean there is speculation over Mancini's future but, unless Jose Mourinho or Pep Guardiola fancy the job then I don't see the point of changing.
Prediction: 2-1
Lawro
Must win game. Lose this and third/fourth place is starting to look very dicey. Chelsea have a home banker against Wigan and Totters have an easier run in than both teams.
0-2 City win.
As it stands, Newcastle are two points off us. If we decide to fuck up like we usually do end of season, we could end up 6th :yikes:
Podolski must be shitting his pants!
