Have they still got that ridiculous one false start and out rule?
Yeah that is still in place. Someone is bound to go from the 100m.
Would be annoying if it was one of the big guns
Hope Bolt has learned his lesson
I'm in 2 minds about this rule. Partly I think it's a bit harsh but on the other hand...they all know the rules. Don't do a false start! It's not that hard, you're supposed to react. Make sure you hear the gun and you'll be fine. It's not like Bolt needs much of a head start.
Might do this summer
With Blake around, Bolt will have to be at his best
Posted this before but worth a re-visit

I went to the Olympic Park today to pick up my athletics tickets. Ridiculous queue, took about 2 hours.
Anyway, on the Tube home there was this American bloke with an Olympics Coach pass - he's coaching some bloke from Zambia in the 800m apparently who he reckons might get to the final but won't win. Back in the day he used to coach Carl Lewis though! :o

He did say that most of them are on drugs.
Should have remembered his name so I could look him up, there was a bloke from Swedish TV opposite who knew him from past games.
Oh. It was Joe Douglas I met
