Seems like he's gonna be signing :)

I will "literally" wet myself if this happens
one thing that worries me about him is his loyalty. After one good season with Malaga he decided to jump ship, even though his wages were unpaid for a period of time (however the club have resolved all its financial issues now) If he has one good season for us do people think he will jump ship?
Indeed. That goes without saying really.
I thought Malaga were cutting their wage budget hence they were trying to offload him, that's not a problem with his loyalty, its also not his fault it didnt work out at Real for him.
LOL at debating a players' loyalty. If he comes he will be no more, no less loyal than any other football player - ie he won't be loyal.
Apparently my post not only angered him but also effected his sentence composition.
Quaresma
He'll be 30 by then anyway. The arsenal pensioner scheme doesn't attract the names it used to.
This would be a great signing, exactly the sort of player we should be going in for. An experienced, quality international who won't cost the earth and none of the big clubs are after him either, so no excuse.
interesting. wenger was asked about transfers today and gave his answer here:

but then arsenal decided to edit and remove a part he talked about cazorla. you can see it highlighed in blue in the link below

wishful thinking..
Twitter's fantastic. The lengths people go to.
what was the story with cazorla and real madrid in (i think) 2008?
in a youtube video where they did a 'player profile' on him they said he rejected a move to real "to show the big clubs they couldn't always get what they want" or something along those lines. which sounds weird.
kinda feel we don't have to worry about his loyalty in this case anyway because of his age.
will be pretty excited if this deal happens (because of his reputation, haven't seen him much), but after the mata saga last year i'm not getting my hopes up until its confirmed!
he's japanese - he has no s(e)oul.
I'd be a little surprised too. I know we need an attacking player but I would've thought - if we were going to make another big (by our standards) signing, it'd be at defensive mid, with oxlade pencilled in to play at acm, podolski and walcott wide. I'm not saying we don't need a cazorla, but from wenger's perspective we need someone who can defend in midfield a bit more.
At the moment we don't have a creative central midfielder so it's a priority. Cazorla's preferred position is ACM.
He'd be a great signing but it's going to be Mata all over again IMO.
i think he's a must get..... transfer rumours are sounding kind of similar to that of Giroud's and we all know how that went.
Seems to have the Maccy seal of approval. All the chuckle brothers, Arsene and Ivan, need to wait for now is for Cripps saying Cazorla's rubbish before adding a couple of zeros to their current offer and walking away.
