Seems to be the recurring theme when it comes to any racquet sports that requires fast reaction and quick thinking imo, especially badminton and table tennis. T’was particularly hilarious in the later stages of table tennis seeing how different qualifiers from various parts of the world were actually just Chinese donning different national colours and thus became a smug contest of “my Chinese is better than yours” type of thing. :lol:Quote:

Apparently there were matches last night where both teams tried to lose on purpose because a defeat meant they avoided the favourites in the next round.
The match was littered with deliberate errors and the crowd started booing. :lol:
