Spanish Grand Prix result
1. Vettell
2. Hamilton
3. Button
It was a great race, again. I think I can safely erase the pain of Bahrain last season from my memory now.
missed the race as was at work but sounded like a good one. if mclaren could sort out their quali pace then vettel wont have ti all plain sailing
great race, kept me from revising surface integrals..

Monaco, baby!
Nico Rosberg has wrecked his car in final practice, and probably won't take part in qualy.
Monaco.
Liuzzi destroyed his car too, so no qualy for him either, unless they can borrow a spare from a nearby dairy.
Q3 is on now.
It has taken Vettel a while but he finally leads in qualifying with a 1.13.556. Button is second with a 1.13.997.
Perez has crashed, red flags out.
This isn't looking good for Perez.
That's quite a bad one but at least he went in to the crash barrier. Hope he's alright.
I don't like the look of this at all.
Perez is conscious, thankfully.
Q3 restarts in five minutes or so. It'll effectively be a one lap shoot out.
Vettel gets pole again. Button, Webber, Alonso, Schumacher, Massa and then Hamilton follow.
Cancel the race! We have a winner!

:haha:
Formation lap under way.
Alonso moves in to third ahead of Webber.
Schumacher overtakes Hamilton on the hairpin. Hamilton down in 10th.
Hamilton said on the team radio he had been hit by Schumacher.
Hamilton overtakes Schumacher.
Red Bull didn't have Vettel's tyres ready.
Button leads now due to Red Bull's fuck up.
Now McClaren weren't ready for Hamilton.
Drive through pelanty for di Resta.
Glock retires.
Hamilton and Massa collide on the hairpin.
In fact Massa has to retire.
Safety Car is out. Schumacher has to retire too.
Hamilton passed Massa in the tunnel, Massa hit the wall.
Drive through pelanty for Hamilton, not surprising given they gave one to Di Resta.
I'm not sure what Red Bull are hoping to achieve here, they could've pitted Vettel much earlier and hoped to close the gap in the remaining laps. As it is, Button has eaten six seconds in to Vettel's lead and Alonso is only just behind Vettel whilst Red Bull will be hoping Vettel can make his tyres last for 60 laps.
It makes for a great finish but there is a risk of having an uncontrollable car, surely?
Big crash. Inevitable with so many cars bunched up together. Safety Car is out.
Petrov and Alguersauri are both out. This helps Vettel immensely, Red Bull are so lucky.
The race has been red flagged and presumably won't be restarted.
