Got a ticket for this, though sitting with the Reading lot.
Would have thought: Martinez, Jenk, Djourou, Kos, Miquel, Coquelin, Wilshere, Walcott, Chamberlain, Fat Fuck, Giroud.
Frimpong could play, maybe. Anyway expecting a tough game.
edit - Wenget has said Wilshere definitely won't play. Maybe Dench will play instead.
We should probably try to win this and field a shit side against Man Utd ala McCarthy.
I'm hoping this will give us fans some respite from the crap first team performances and we get to see some fearless kids out to impress.
Arent we away?
Yup. And edited.
going to this
1-2
le fondre, gnabry,eisfeld
Wenger "this is not the cup you are looking for"
Martineth
GHELkinson (he's a first-teamer now, so maybe Angha/Yennaris instead)
Djourou
Koscielny
Miquel
Coquelin
Dench
Oxlade/Arshavin
Theo
Giroud
Segrio Gnabry
If WUMger goes with a conservative team, Reading will win. If he plays an attacking team with the likes of Segrio Gnabbers/Oxo/Feo, we're more likely to cause their Championship defence a problem with pace and counter-attacking and get some +1s.
If Mee Gwell plays well again, it would be good to see him integrated into the first team more. He always looks composed and solid at both left-back and centre-back. He's pretty good going forward too. He certainly seems a better option than Santos and the Djourou of last year. More Spaniards and Germans, it can't really go wrong.
Reading will play a weakened side in all likelihood, although they're quite weakened to start with.
0-3.
Actually, this should be the Arsenal team of the next few years:
Szczesny (he should do a Podolski and convert to German)
GHELkinson
Mertesacker
Miquel
Gibbs
Arteta
Wolftyre
Cathzola
Segrio Gnabry
Podolski
Oxo
Three GHELs.
Four GHELmans.
Four Spaniards.
A good mixture of grit, efficiency and technique. It's the future. It must be done.
------------------Szczesny------------------
Jenkinson----Miquel-----Koscielny-------Gibbs
------------------Frimpong------------------
----------Arteta-------------Eisfeld---------
Gnabry----------Walcott---------Chamberlain
Four Germans.
Two English.
One French.
Two Ghel.
One Retard.
One Spaniard.
You'll never get which ones are which because I'm a fucking mentalist.
Starting line up:
Ramsey
10 others.
Giroud has to play to score a hatfull.
Dench to play to warm up for his hatchet man roll
have a feeling for walcott up top
Sagna can't be played because we'll surely want him for the Man Utd game - and playing 3 games in 7 days after coming straight back from a broken leg seems a bit ridiculous. He'll have to take this game off. Wilshere, too. But a few first-teamers like Arteta should play because we shouldn't waste this competition. A win here and we're into the quarters with one of Man Utd and Chelsea knocked out. Everyone loves a good cup run.
True, very true.
Martinez
GHELkinson Kos Djourou Miquel
Oxlade Denchpong Coq
Theo Giroud Arshavin
i can see us losing this and then somehow turning over utd on the weekend.
No way can we play Ox and Giroud. If Giroud get's injured we have not one striker at the club.
Ox is the only player we have with any pace other than Walcott and we'll need him against Manure.
Play the kids and get beat. We'd only go and lose to Birmingham in the final again anyway.
Ox is out of today's game anyway. So is Szczesny. And I doubt they'll play against Man Utd if they haven't had a warm-up for a while.
I'd start Podolski in this and Walcott against Man Utd. We really should try to win this.
Will miss this
Such a shame
Chances of that Gnsakadhkjhbry dude starting?
if walcott doesn't get a chance to play in the middle now, he never will
put him in the window for other teams to see what he can upfront
The kid is either being advised very badly or he's an arsehole all by himself. He's still got years ahead of him, can see Gervinho playing up front, sign the fucking contract and grab the chance. He played when RvC was here and goes on strike when his main rival has left. Dumb.
Looking forward to this game actually, mainly to see the players who haven't stunk the place out over the past month.Quote:
6 Laurent Koscielny
12 Olivier Giroud
14 Theo Walcott
18 Sebastien Squillaci
20 Johan Djourou
22 Francis Coquelin

40 Hector Bellerin

Was that really necessary?Quote:

Giroud must be starting. I don't think he would've been included if he wasn't going to start. Good - needs to try to improve his record.
Hope Eisfeld starts. That lad is the shizz.
Suprised that other lad from the rezzy's isn't in there. Blonde haired lad. Can't remember his name, but plays CM. Sounds swedish....
Good player him.
Olsson. That's him.
Cracking player.
