lawro predictsQuote:
I was out in Munich for 5 live in midweek and there were horror stories going round that Arsenal would be fielding a seriously weakened team for their Champions League game with Bayern Munich.
I don't know whether Gunners boss Arsene Wenger changed his mind or if everyone got the wrong end of the stick, but Wenger did not do that in the end. They are out of Europe but at least the team he chose had a go and came away with a good result.
Defensively the Gunners looked better, but I cannot work out exactly which gear Bayern were playing in. If you said they had six, then I don't think made it to fifth at any stage.
Now Wenger is building up his side's trip to Wales as a massive game, and it is in context of the race for the top four. Now they are out of Europe, this might be the point where they kick on domestically to get back into the Champions League next year.
Lawro's prediction: 1-2
We'll win this making us poised for a run on the scum for 4th and all will be rosy in Wenger Garden again.
1-3 :scarf:
Must start the same XI as against Bayern.
0-3
Should be a comfortable home win.

Game Set Match Swansea
We owe these ****s a fucking doing.
Come on you Gunners.
Wilshere, Podolski out. Vermaelen dropped. Lol just lol if Fabianski's dropped. The ball in the 95th minute for Michu to get the equaliser.
Have we lost yet?
Little bit lacked sharpness, slow start, Muchu great quality find, our lack of quality in final third little bit and lack of quality defending little bit cost us, but showed spirit in second half but not enough to get over finish line. :blah:
Gonna practice singing hymns and arias for the main event at 5. Today I am little bit jack bastard.
Arsenal team: Fabianski, Jenkinson, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Arteta, Diaby, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Cazorla, Walcott, Giroud
Good side.
Swansea: Vorm, Rangel, Williams, Monk (c), Davies, Britton, de Guzman, Ki, Dyer, Hernandez, Michu.
Also a good side.
Hugs aplenty in the tunnel.
Chesney and Vermaelen. :pal:
Unless Good Diaby turns up for the second time this season, there's going to be no control in the midfield.
Rosicky was a must.
Or even Coquelin.

seems a good stream so far.
Le Boss
They just showed him walking through hallways en route to the pitch.
Think he's spent but a part of me still massively respects and revere the man.
Get it right Arsene.
Come on Arsenal!
Come on Arsenal.
SOCCER!
hb Theo!
Birthday hat-trick please.
I think it's a full moon tonight. That means Good Diaby should make an appearance.
Dyer .
Awlful.
Dyer tries to comb one in, gets it completely wrong.
Dire

Great defensive work there.

Looks like the Ox is back!
Don't play too well Ox or you might be dropped.
Jenkinson.
Giroud should have crossed it for Feo.
Good start by Oxo.
GHELkers .
Swansea have had the ball for quite a while now.
Oh Cock! Nearly by them.
Rangel played in, skews it wide!
No idea how many passes it took, must be well over 30.
Opted for the slow tempo, no pressing game. Maybe it'll work this time...
